The Fergus Falls Farm Business Management Program serves crop and livestock farmers in Ottertail and Wilkin counties and is now located in the Lincoln Centre in downtown Fergus Falls. 

It is designed to meet the student’s individual needs, interests and goals primarily through on-farm instruction.  Students receive an annual farm financial and enterprise production analysis.  An income tax estimate, cash flow projection, and cost of production and marketing information is also completed from the farmer’s records.

The primary goal is to assist farmers to consolidate their financial and production data into information that will help them make informed decisions to make their operations more efficient and profitable.  This information is valued by local lenders to make quicker and more accurate decisions to assist farmers with their financial needs.
