Small Business Owners and managers must compete and succeed in a rapidly changing business environment.  The Small Business Management Program at Northland Community & Technical College is designed to assist small business with management practices that ultimately increase productivity and profitability.  Small Business Management focuses on areas such as; business management, record keeping marketing, finance, human resources, computer applications and much more.  Courses are designed to complete the entire program or can be specialized to meet the individual needs of the business owner.

Small Business Management education is provided as individualized on site instruction.  Topics range from goal setting, strategic planning, financial management marketing, tax management, and budgeting.
